By using Phoneclaw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Phoneclaw is an AI agent platform that executes tasks on your behalf across connected services (Slack, WhatsApp, Google, etc.). You interact with agents via messaging channels or the web interface.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Phoneclaw for any illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

5. Connected Services

When you connect third-party services, you authorize Phoneclaw to act on your behalf within the scope you grant. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the service. You remain bound by the terms of those third-party services.

6. AI Agent Actions

Phoneclaw agents execute tasks based on your instructions. While we strive for accuracy, agents may occasionally misinterpret requests or produce errors. You should review agent actions, especially for consequential operations. Phoneclaw is not liable for unintended actions taken by agents on your behalf.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Phoneclaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Phoneclaw available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Phoneclaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Darshan Sonde (sondesolutions.com) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
