1. Who We Are

Phoneclaw is operated by Darshan Sonde (sondesolutions.com). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number provided during registration.
• Connected services: When you connect third-party accounts (Slack, WhatsApp, Google, etc.), we access data necessary to perform tasks on your behalf. We only access what you explicitly authorize.
• Messages and commands: Text you send to Phoneclaw agents via any channel (WhatsApp, Slack, web). These are processed to execute your requests and stored as conversation history.
• Usage data: Basic request logs (timestamps, endpoints hit) for reliability and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Phoneclaw service.
• To execute agent tasks you request across your connected services.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To debug issues and improve reliability.

4. Third-Party Services

Phoneclaw integrates with third-party services (Google, Slack, WhatsApp/Meta, etc.) on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We send data to third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenRouter, Anthropic) to process your requests. Message content is sent for processing but we do not permit these providers to train on your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Conversation history and sandbox files are stored in cloud storage with access restricted to your account. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

6. Data Retention

Conversation history is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Connected service tokens are revoked when you disconnect a service.

7. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Disconnect any connected service at any time.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Delete your account entirely.

8. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email darshan@sondesolutions.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email or phone number associated with your account.

Upon request, we will delete your account, conversation history, connected service tokens, and sandbox files. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.
